Cara menggunakan timing light

Timing light merupakan piranti penting untuk tuning mesin terutama untuk type mesin karburasi, Baca langsung di Fungsi Timing Light . Untuk menggunakan tool ini memang gak sulit amat, sudah friendly banget tool na jadi tinggal baca petunjuk umumnya aja.
Cara Cara Menggunakan Timing Light untuk tuning mesin:

1. Pasang kabel Plus timing(Penjepit buaya warna merah).
2. Pasang kabel Min Timing(Jepitbuaya hitam).
3. Pasang Induktif sensor pada kabel busi no 1, dengan mengaitkan saja.
4. Starter mesin.
5. Biarkan mesin pada putaran stationer.
6. Cabut selang vakum pada delko yang terhubung pada manifold/ langsung menghisap saat mesin ON(yang menggunakan double vakum).
7. Kendorkan baut pengikat delko.
8. Arahkan timing pada tanda yang terdapat pada mesin(Pully or rodagila).
9. Putar Adjuster pada belakang timing light ke arah Nol.(yang tanpa adjuster langsung aja).
10. Paskan tanda top sesuai saat pengapian mesin, (misalkan 5º) maka tanda top flywhell/ pully akan lurus dengan 5º sebelum TMA.
11. Untuk cara ke dua, yakni memposiskan Adjuster ke 5º, maka yang terlihat pada tanda flywhell/ pully nanti harus lurus dengan Top mesin/ 0º.
12. Sesuaikan Saat Pengapian Sesuai Spesifikasi Mesin.
13. Kencangkan Baut pengikat delco dan pastikan saat pengapian tidak bergeser.
14. Pasang selang vakum(yang menggunakan double vakum).
15. Finishing.
